I have sat on three sides of a forecast.
As a founder, I had to make consequential decisions before the evidence was complete. At Bosch, I saw how plans become budgets, commitments, and review cycles. As an angel investor, I now decide which uncertainties I am willing to fund. In each seat, the useful question was never whether one line was right. It was what had to be true, what could break, and what could still be changed. Brenwick exists to make those conditions explicit. I lead the working sessions, choose the tests, and put my name under the conclusion.
Henning Lategahn studied computer science at RWTH Aachen University and the University of Jyväskylä, graduating with distinction. He earned a doctorate at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology for his dissertation, Mapping and Localization in Urban Environments Using Cameras, also with distinction. He bootstrapped atlatec GmbH to 30 employees before its acquisition by Bosch, then spent three years as Director of Engineering for 3D maps at Bosch. Today he invests in startups as an angel and is an LP in a venture fund.
